After working in senior commercial roles with Affinion, GE Capital and Avios, Matt has developed numerous successful entrepreneurial ventures in the reward and loyalty sector. Matt is also a Mentor at Techstars, London’s premier fin-tech accelerator and is a Judge for the international Loyalty Magazine Awards.

Tony has spent the last 25 years working at a senior level for some of the world’s leading Global brands including Visa, JP Morgan, MasterCard, American Airlines, Thomas Cook and American Express. As a result, he appreciates the power of partnerships, and how even some of the world’s most innovative and entrepreneurial companies can benefit from joining forces with other ‘likeminded’ organisations to expand their presence, and enter new markets.
